19-12-2020 11:10 PM

Ammon News -

Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi checked Saturday on the flow of work and the services offered to Jordanian by their country's embassy in Cairo during a visit to the mission.

Safadi, who was in the Egyptian capital to take part in a consultative meeting with the foreign ministers of Egypt and Palestine, called on embassy staff to ease consular services that Jordanians residing in Egypt need.

He commended the embassy's efforts for the service of the Jordanian community in the last period, which saw restrictions on global travel imposed by the coronavirus pandemic, noting facilities provided by Jordanian embassies abroad for the return home of stranded Jordanians.
