Ammon News - The military field hospital in Zarqa on Monday started hospital admissions of COVID-19 cases.


It is worth mentioning that the field hospital is specified for COVID-19 patients and its cost was 9 million Dinar aiming at strengthening the capacity of hospitals and supporting the efforts of the government to fight the epidemic.


The capacity of the field hospital is 300 beds including 48 ICU beds.

It is expected that other two military field hospitals to operate within weeks to fight the epidemic of COVID-19 as the capacity of the three hospital will reach 900 beds including 220 ICU beds.
