Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah and Egypt President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday discussed joint efforts to counter and contain coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

In a phone call, King Abdullah and President El Sisi stressed the importance of continuing coordination on various issues, including mitigating the humanitarian and economic impacts of the pandemic.

The phone call also covered the latest regional developments, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause, with His Majesty and President El Sisi emphasising the need for political solutions to regional crises.

The King and the Egyptian president exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

His Majesty King Abdullah and Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah discussed on Thursday means to bolster bilateral and international cooperation to counter coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

King Abdullah and Sheikh Sabah stressed the importance of maintaining coordination on issues of mutual concern, including countering the humanitarian and economic ramifications of COVID-19.

His Majesty expressed appreciation for Kuwait’s ongoing support for Jordan, especially in efforts to counter the pandemic, underscoring the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and peoples.

The King expressed Jordan’s readiness to provide any means of support needed by the people of Kuwait.

His Majesty and the Kuwait emir exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

His Majesty King Abdullah and Tunisian President Kais Saied on Thursday discussed bolstering bilateral and international cooperation to contain coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

During a phone call, discussions covered means to maintain coordination between Jordan and Tunisia to counter the impact of COVID-19, with President Saied expressing appreciation for Jordan’s support for Tunisia’s efforts to combat the pandemic.

King Abdullah and President Saied also exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
