It said that troops of one of the units applied the rules of engagement and arrested the man, who had about 463,000 drug pills in his possession, adding that the narcotics seized were referred to the competent security authorities. The source said that the Northern Military Zone will deal with full force with any infiltration or smuggling attempt to protect the Kingdom's people and borders.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Northern Military Zone guards on Sunday foiled an attempt by a man to infiltrate the border from Syria, and seized large quantities of drug pills, according to a source at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army.

It said that troops of one of the units applied the rules of engagement and arrested the man, who had about 463,000 drug pills in his possession, adding that the narcotics seized were referred to the competent security authorities.

The source said that the Northern Military Zone will deal with full force with any infiltration or smuggling attempt to protect the Kingdom's people and borders.
