Southern Amman police were tipped off a few days ago that a person shot fire at a restaurant in the Abdoun area and fled the place, the media spokesperson of the Public Security Department (PSD) said in a statement on Thursday. Triggered by a personal dispute, the shooting incident resulted in material damage to the restaurant without any serious injuries reported, the police official pointed out. By manhunting the suspect, he subsequently turned himself into police with the gun used in the incident, as investigations with the culprit were launched before referring him to the judiciary, the spokesperson added.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A person has turned himself into police after he opened fire at a restaurant in Abdoun neighborhood in the capital, according to a security source.

Southern Amman police were tipped off a few days ago that a person shot fire at a restaurant in the Abdoun area and fled the place, the media spokesperson of the Public Security Department (PSD) said in a statement on Thursday.
