Kumpilov toured the site and stopped at Christ's Baptism Site, praising Jordan for preserving this site for its religious significance. He also visited the Dead Sea in southern Jordan and he expressed admiration for the sea as the earth's lowest point.

Adygea head visits Al-Maghtas, Dead Sea

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Head of the Republic of Adygea in the Russian Federation, Murat Kumpilov, Sunday, paid a visit to the historical site of Al-Maghtas in Southern Shouna district in the Al Balqa governorate.

Kumpilov toured the site and stopped at Christ's Baptism Site, praising Jordan for preserving this site for its religious significance.

He also visited the Dead Sea in southern Jordan and he expressed admiration for the sea as the earth's lowest point.
