Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively cold weather conditions are expected to prevail on Tuesday in most parts of the Kingdom as temperatures will register 3-4 degrees below their annual average, reaching 16 degrees Celsius during daytimes in Amman.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), mercury levels will at night bringing cold conditions in many regions and reaching 5 degrees in the capital, while it will be warmer in the southern port city of Aqaba with highs jumping to 29 degrees and lows sliding to 19. Winds will be southeasterly moderate to brisk at times.
A rise in temperatures is forecast on Wednesday. Therefore, moderate conditions will prevail in many areas until Thursday, while it will be relatively cold in the highlands and the plains with southeasterly moderate winds, the JMD said.
