Her Majesty heard from several of the tribeswomen, who spoke of women’s fundamental role in Jordanian society and their contributions to various industries, national achievements, and the country’s development. They also expressed their gratitude for His Majesty King Abdullah II and Her Majesty’s unfailing support of women in the country. In turn, Her Majesty relayed His Majesty King Abdullah II's regards to the group, and described Jordanian women as the beating heart of their families and communities. The Queen also expressed her pride in Jordanian women from all walks of life, commending their efforts in building families, careers, and close-knit societies.
