Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Normal summer conditions will continue to prevail in most parts of the country, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.
At night, pleasant conditions are expected nationwide with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will reach 33 degrees Celsius, in the northern cities 32 and the southern cities 30 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 22, 21 and 15 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 42 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 29 degrees at night.
Mercury levels will slightly rise over the next two days, making it relatively hot to hot across many parts of the country, with northwesterly moderate winds picking up at times, the JMD added.
