Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Lower House's Palestine Committee has condemned the renewed Israeli violations in Jerusalem, the last of which was the storming of Al Aqsa Mosque by settlers on the 28th day of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement, the committee on Monday denounced the Israeli police opening of Al- Magharebah Gate in the mosque in addition to deploying it s special forces around the gate in order to secure the settlers' storming.

The Committee called upon the international community to immediately intervene to stop these escalations and respect the sentiments of Muslims at the holy shrine, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.

These acts are unacceptable and a serious violation of all international conventions, laws and norms, the statement stressed.
