Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Royal Decree was issued on Saturday approving the bylaws of Ministries of Local Administration, and Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
The Royal Decree was issued approving the bylaw of the Minister of Local Administration assuming mandates of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and his authorities for 2019, and the bylaw of the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship assuming mandates of the Minister of ICT and his authorities for 2019.
The two bylaws were issued in light of appointing the Minister of Local Administration and the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and to identify the minister who assumes mandates and authorities vested in the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister of ICT stated in the legislation in force.
The Royal Decree was also issued approving the administrative regulation of the Ministry of Local Administration for 2019, and the administrative regulation of the Ministry Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship for 2019, to define mandates assigned to both ministries and their authorities, and establish an organizational structure that would regulate their functions, to determine the relevance of their organizational units, and methods of communication and coordination among them.
