Gasoline prices in 2nd week of May

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Gasoline prices dropped during the second week of May, compared to the first week of the same month, according to data released on Monday by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

According to the data, the price of 95-octane gasoline went down from $680 per ton to $650.6, a decrease of 4.3 percent, while the price of 90-octane gasoline went down by 4.5 percent, going from $661.3 to $631.5 per ton.

Diesel prices saw a light by 0.8 percent going from $626 per ton to $620.7, while the prices of kerosene declined from $657.9 per ton to $652.9, a decrease by 0.8 percent.

The prices of liquefied gas in May stood at $528.8 per ton, it said, while benchmark Brent crude prices remained stable at $71.2 per barrel compared to $71.4 in the first week of the same month.
