Addressing students at the Middle East University Sunday, Aldehani said Jordan, thanks to the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah, "stands on solid ground and addresses regional challenges wisely and responsibly". During the meeting, he expressed his country's pride in King Abdullah's wisdom and his position on the so-called "deal of the century," noting his country will support the Hashemite custodianship over Islamic holy sites in Palestine in all international forums. On bilateral ties, the envoy lauded the advanced level of the economic, trade and political relations between Jordan and Kuwait, and the keenness on continuing to develop and boost them to serve their interests. He commended health and education services and the infrastructure in the Kingdom especially at the university level of education, noting that over 72 agreements were signed between the two countries. He stated that Kuwait will stand by the Kingdom in facing economic challenges.
