Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) will hold a business forum on Tuesday on the sidelines of a visit by a German economic delegation to the Kingdom.
The German delegation will include President of the German-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Peter Ramsauer, and representatives from the sectors of information technology, construction, building materials, machinery, risk management, trade and energy.
Head of JCC, Nael Al-Kabariti, told Petra that the forum will discuss aspects of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of trade and investment, as well as holding bilateral meetings between Jordanian and German companies.
He pointed to the keenness of the JCC to continue its efforts in promoting the economic opportunities available in the Kingdom to attract new investments.
The value of trade between Jordan and Germany amounted to $70.3 million in 2018, $1.3 million of which was Jordanian exports.
Bilateral trade exchange focus on vegetables, fresh fruits, medicines, furniture, cosmetics and clothing.
