Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Cold weather will prevail across most regions on Saturday, but it will be moderate in the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea with partly cloudy skies and light rain in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
As for tomorrow, the Kingdom will be affected by a cold front bringing temperatures 10 degree below their annual average for this time of the year. Therefore, the weather will be cold and partly cloudy with rain in the northern and central regions and parts of the southern and eastern regions. Winds will be north westerly brisk with speed reaching 40-50 kilometers per hour.
A rise in temperatures is expected on Monday, but the weather will remain cold and partly cloudy with a chance for light rain in the northern regions while winds will be north westerly moderate picking up at times.
Temperatures in Amman for today will reach a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 7 degrees while in the Gulf of Aqaba mercury levels will reach a high of 28 degrees sliding down to 17 degrees at night.
