Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Majd Shweikeh said Tuesday that the ministry has taken new measures to provide more facilities to tourists from the Gulf Arab states, including reduced fees.
The measures would further facilitate the entry of visitors to the country, putting up signs to guide them to tourist attractions, and creating new tourist routes across the Kingdom, in addition to better sanitation services at 23 heritage sites and other landmarks, Shweikeh said in a statement.
She also referred to a recent decision by the Prime Minister's office to charge Jordanians and Arab nationals the same entry fees to these sites.
