Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Kingdom will enjoy a short interlude of mild conditions as temperatures forecast to rise 8-9 degrees Celsius above their annual, but not for long as relatively cold and rainy conditions are on the way.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), mercury levels are set to few degrees on Sunday creating relatively cold conditions in the hilly areas, while it will remain mild in other parts of the country.
Clouds at various altitudes are also forecast with rain that might be accompanied with thunder after midnight, the JMD added.
A Further in mercury levels is also predicted, bringing cold and partly cloudy conditions with scattered showers across many parts of the country.
Highest temperatures expected for today in the capital, the northern and the southern cities will hit 20 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 10 at night. The weather is going to be much "nicer" in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 26 degrees and lows standing at 18, the JMD said.
