The two sides stressed the important role of the OIC in strengthening cooperation between Islamic states, coordinating between them, and uniting their efforts to overcome the challenges that the nation faces. Al-Othaimeen said that the OIC values the great efforts by His Majesty King Abdullah II in serving the Islamic world and strengthening joint Islamic cooperation. He also valued the kingdom's unwavering support for the organization and its programs, and its high level of cooperation and coordination bewteen the organization and the Kingdom.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatraites, Ayman Safadi, and Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Yousef al-Othaimeen, Sunday discussed a number of Arab and Islamic issues and challenges in the region.
