Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Sunday are expected to remain around their seasonal average, with normal summer conditions in the hilly areas and eastern plains, while it will be hot in other parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
Patches of low clouds can be seen early in the morning over the hilly areas with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected today in Amman and the northern cities will hover around 32 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 21 and 20 respectively, while mercury levels in the southern parts of the country will range between a high of 29 and a low of 17. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 42 degrees and lows standing at 29 , the JMD stated.
Similar weather conditions will continue to prevail over the next two days with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added.
