The meeting will also be attended by the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs. During the visit, Safadi will meet with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs, NATO Secretary General, the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee and a number of senior European officials. The meeting of the Jordanian-European Association Council, which is the highest formal meeting between the two sides under the umbrella of the Association Agreement, will discuss a number of issues of common interest and ways to develop bilateral relations.
