Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, but spring moderate conditions will continue to prevail in the hilly areas, while it will be warm in other parts of the country, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
Temperatures are forecast to remain in their low twenties for today, ranging between 23-21 degrees Celsius in most parts of the Kingdom except in the Gulf of Aqaba, where mercury levels will jump to 33 degrees.
At night, mercury levels will plummet to 12 degrees across the Kingdom, but they will hit 18 in the Gulf of Aqaba, the JMD added.
Another rise in temperatures is also forecast on Thursday; creating warmer conditions across the country with clouds at high altitudes. At night, a chance for light showers is also expected in the central and eastern parts with variable winds.
Temperatures will again on Friday, bringing partly cloudy skies with rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in different parts of Jordan, the JMD explained.
