Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah received in Kuwait on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh.
Judeh conveyed to the Kuwaiti emir a written letter form His Majesty King Abdullah II that included an invitation to attend the Arab Summit that will be hosted by Jordan next March.
In the letter, His Majesty voiced pride in the brotherly ties between the two leaderships and countries, affirming that the participation of His Highness in the summit will contribute to its success in light of the challenges facing the region, as well as the important issues that will be discussed by the summit.
The emir of Kuwait offered his condolences over the victims of the recent terrorist attack that took place in the southern city of Karak.
He also stressed the need for concerted efforts to eradicate terrorism.
