Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Monday and Tuesday, but it will remain relatively cold in most regions with southeasterly moderate to brisk winds.
The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said that daytime temperatures expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 17 degrees Celsius and a low of 6 degrees at night, while in the southern areas they will go up to 16 degrees dipping down to around zero Celsius.
On Wednesday, the Kingdom will be affected by a depression accompanied by a cold air mass centered over Cyprus, bringing cloudy skies and scattered showers across the country, JMD forecasters said .
Winds will be southwesterly to westerly brisk, stirring dust in the southern and eastern regions with frost formation in different parts of the Kingdom, the JMD added.
