Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - An international conference on countering terrorism, on Tuesday, convened at the Dead Sea, south of Amman.

Politicians, diplomats, academic figures and military experts are participating in the two-day conference, which is organized by the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA) and the Italian Atlantic Committee in cooperation Jordanian institutions.

It will discuss topics related to challenges of countering extremism, psychological aspects and human and technological factors in the fight against terrorism, in addition to preventing extremism by strengthening the exchange of information between the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and its partners.
