It said its crews and medics had handled some 163 accidents countrywide in addition to 479 medical emergencies. The department said in a statement that rescue teams rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle collision in Amman, where five people were injured, and also dealt with another traffic accident in Jerash, where three people were hurt.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - One person died in a car crash in Amman and 118 were injured in various accidents that occurred across the Kingdom in the past 24 hours, according to the Civil Defence Department.

It said its crews and medics had handled some 163 accidents countrywide in addition to 479 medical emergencies.

The department said in a statement that rescue teams rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle collision in Amman, where five people were injured, and also dealt with another traffic accident in Jerash, where three people were hurt.
