Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, Tuesday called on the General Headquarters of the armed forces.

He was welcomed by Chairman of the Joint-Chiefs-of-Staff, Mahmoud Freihat, HRH Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein and senior officers.

King Abdullah held a brief meeting with the army chief to discuss a number of issues of concern to the armed forces.

The supreme commander was reassured about the level of readiness, armament and training of the various army units, expressing his pride and confidence in their personnel.
