Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Fair weather conditions are expected to prevail Wednesday in the hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in the Badia region and eastern plains and hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), a slight in temperatures is forecast Thursday to become around their annual average; but similar conditions will continue to prevail across the country.
A further in mercury levels is also expected on Friday to become 2-3 degrees below seasonal average, moving conditions towards the end of summer and approaching the fall. Low clouds will appear with the possibility of light showers in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, the JMD added.
Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the Badia region at times.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 34 degrees Celsius and a low of 20 degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 39 degrees dropping down to 26 at night, the JMD added.
