IEC said 246 candidates registered on Wednesday, including 47 women, adding that the number of lists in the first and second days of registration amounted to 193, including 830 men and 198 women were among the candidates, with a total number of 1028. The IEC continues to receive requests through election committees across the Kingdom until the end of Thursday.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A total of 46 lists that plan to run in the September 20 parliamentary elections were registered Wednesday in the second day of registration in all registration centres across the Kingdom, the Independent Election Commission (IEC) announced.

IEC said 246 candidates registered on Wednesday, including 47 women, adding that the number of lists in the first and second days of registration amounted to 193, including 830 men and 198 women were among the candidates, with a total number of 1028.

The IEC continues to receive requests through election committees across the Kingdom until the end of Thursday.
