Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister, Hani al-Mulki, on Saturday, visited the Balqa governorate and checked on a number of developmental and services projects that are being implemented at an investment value of about JD143 million.
This tour comes as an implementation of orders by His Majesty King Abdullah II to reach out to citizens to learn firsthand about their needs and check on the quality of services provided to them, to ensure a prompt and fair response to their issues in all governorates.
In his field tour, accompanied by twelve ministers, the prime minister checked on the workflow of a number of developmental and services projects in the governorate, some 35km northwest of Amman.
Al-Mulki said funds allocated to the Balqa governorate's projects "will be spent in the right place" and upon priorities, stressing that there will be follow-up on these visits and projects that are implemented in the governorate.
The government's projects in the Balqa governorate cover the fields of health, culture, tourism, industry, transportation and vocational training.
