Rise in temperatures forecast over next two days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is forecast Sunday, but it will remain mild in most parts of the Kingdom and relatively hot to hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily update.
Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk stirring dust in the desert areas with clouds at various altitudes .
A tangible rise in temperatures is expected over the next two days to become 3-4 degrees above their annual average, bringing relatively hot weather in most parts of the Kingdom. Winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the Badia region, the JMD said.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 28 degrees Celsius and a low of 16, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 37 degrees plunging to 26 at night, the JMD added.
