Therefore, moderate conditions are forecast to prevail in the hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in the desert region and hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk blowing dust in the Badia region. Similar weather conditions are forecast to prevail over the next two days, with northwesterly moderate winds and clouds at low altitudes, the JMD added. Temperatures expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 28 degrees Celsius and a low of 16 degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 38 degrees plunging to 21 at night.
