Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh will take part on Monday in an international meeting in Vienna to support security and stability in Libya in the presence of more than 20 foreign ministers and a number of senior regional and international officials.
Judeh, who is also Deputy Prime Minister, will also participate on Tuesday in meeting of the International Syria Support Group (ISSG) in Vienna in order to confirm and boost the cessation of hostilities in all parts of Syria.
During the meeting, participants will review practical steps that can be taken by the ISSG to guarantee the access of humanitarian aid for all the areas under siege in Syria without any obstacles and the continued entry of such assistance without a specified time.
The meeting will also highlight the importance of resuming negotiations between the warring parties to achieve a political solution and transition according to the Geneva 1 Resolutions.
The ISSG includes the United States, Russia, France, Britain, Germany, Italy, China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Iran, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan, as well as the United Nations, the European Union, the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
