Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Chicago-bound Royal Jordanian airplane made an emergency landing in Rome after a passenger fell very ill and passed out.
The national carrier said the pilot of its Boeing 787 decided to land in Rome Monday morning after the health of one of the passengers deteriorated three hours into the flight.
Following a two-hour stop in Rome, the flight took off again for Chicago and the passenger was rushed to a hospital in Rome, according to an RJ statement.
