Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday to become around their annual average; therefore it will be warm, sunny and springy in most parts of the Kingdom with northeasterly moderate winds.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), cold conditions are expected to prevail at night in most regions, while it will be relatively cold in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with variable winds.
A further rise in temperatures is forecast on Friday and Saturday, creating sunny and springy weather in most parts of the Kingdom, and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba. Winds will be northeasterly to southeasterly light to moderate, the JMD added.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 20 degrees Celsius and a low of 9 degrees , while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 29 degrees dropping down to 15 degrees at night.
