Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament , Atef Taraweh, Wednesday, stressed the need to consolidate the partnership between the House, civil society institutions and research centers.

Opening the regional meeting of the parliamentary research centers, Tarawneh said the partnership and interaction approach would be fruitful in maximizing benefits from experience and knowledge.

The two-day meeting, which gathers a number of Arab and foreign delegations, is held in cooperation with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD).

The research center would be a major supporter to the House's constitutional acts and in obtaining information form their resources, said Tarawneh.

The meeting will focus on the mechanisms deputies follow in using parliamentary researches, as well as challenges facing research centers.
