Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, but it will remain relatively cold in the hilly areas, mild in the Badia regions, and warm in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with clouds at low altitudes.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), winds will be northwesterly moderate. At night, it will be cold across the country and relatively cold in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with frost formation in the desert areas and highlands.
Temperatures will further rise on Thursday and Friday; therefore springy pleasant conditions will prevail across the Kingdom, while it will be warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba.
Winds will be northwesterly to northeasterly moderate with low clouds, the JMD daily brief said.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach a high of 16 degrees Celsius dropping down to 8 degrees at night, while mercury levels in the gulf of Aqaba will hit 25 degrees plunging to14 at night.
