Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A tangible in temperatures is expected on Monday becoming 6-8 degrees below their annual average, so the weather will be cold and cloudy with heavy rain accompanied by thunder and lightening at times in most parts of the Kingdom.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), cold weather will continue to prevail at night with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and a chance for drizzles. Winds will be westerly to south westerly brisk with strong gusts at times, blowing dust in the desert areas.
On Tuesday, a rise in temperatures is forecast, but they will remain below their seasonal average; therefore it will be relatively cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with drizzles in the northern and central areas of the country, while winds will be westerly to northwesterly moderate to brisk at times.
Another rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, but it will remain relatively cold over the hilly areas, while it will be mild in most regions with low clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach a high of 13 degrees Celsius and a low of 6 degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 21 degrees dropping down to 14 degrees at night.
