Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Temperatures will slightly on Sunday, but it will remain relatively cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with rain at times, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Heavy rain is expected at night, mainly in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, while winds will be westerly moderate to brisk, the JMD said.
Another in temperatures is forecast on Monday becoming 7-9 degrees below their annual average, so the weather will be cold and cloudy with heavy rain accompanied by thunder and lightening at times in most regions. Winds will be westerly brisk to southwesterly moderate with strong gusts at times, the JMD added.
On Tuesday, a rise in temperatures is forecast but they will remain below their seasonal average; therefore it will be relatively cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with drizzles in the northern and central parts of the country, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach a high of 16 degrees Celsius and a low of 7degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 25 degrees dropping down to 16 degrees at night.
