Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Royal Court Chief, Fayez Tarawneh, said Jordan has managed to overcome various challenges, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, and has steered clear of the Middle East's crises for years.
During his participation Wednesday evening in a panel discussion, organized at the Abd Al Hamid Shoman Foundation in Amman, about Jordan's position in case a third world war erupted, Tarawneh said His Majesty was the first leader to warn of a third world war, which is the war on terrorism and its gangs.
He added that thanks to the King's vision, Jordan has occupied a prestigious regional and international status, which contributed to immunizing and protecting the Kingdom's higher interests in turmoil-hit region.
A number of political, diplomatic and academic figures participated in the discussion.
