Judiciary refuses the removal of Palestinian camps

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - That comes at the decision of Rateb Al Ta'ani the Judge of district court of Jerash, he refused to remove the camps which are on citizens lands or to rule of paying the coasts of the removal . He decided to oblige to government to pay a same rent to those people.

The Jordanian Judiciary refuses to remove the Palestinian camps in the Kingdom.

The Judge repulsed the request of make the situation as it was for the lands before establishing the camps on .

The decision is considered as one of the most important judiciary decision at the history of Jordan, that comes for 13 camps where a million Palestinian refugees, who were immigrated by Israeli occupation to Jordan in 1967.

A citizen impeach a complaint against the government to ask for get the lands back as what they were for the lands who he has rations in, and a same rent for these rations where they are at Souf Camp of Jerash lands.

The text of the ruling that Ammon could get a copy of that returning the situation back as it was before the occupation, demands removing hundreds of buildings and housing and commercial units of people migrated from the West Bank to The Hashimate Kingdom of Jordan which was considered as a part of the kingdom according to the resolutions of Jericho Conference which was held in 1949 and before the constitution of The Hashimite Kingdom of Jordan was set in 1952 that considered the kingdom is a A Sovereign State on its region (the East and West banks)
