Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - King Abdullah II accompanied by Queen Rania Al Abdullah left Amman on Friday for a working visit to London, where His Majesty will deliver a lecture at the British Royal College of Defence Studies on the latest regional and international developments .

From London , the King will head to San Francisco and Los Angeles in the US State of California, where he will meet economic, academic and civil society institutions leaders as well as Jordanian businessmen in the United States .

King Abdullah will review incentives provided by Jordan ’s economy to attract US investments into the Kingdom, mainly in the information and communications technology sector, a main engine of economic growth in Jordan .

His Majesty will conclude his working trip in New York where he will attend a conference held by the Clinton Global Initiative. The event will provide an opportunity to rally international support for Jordan which is hosting hundreds and thousands of Syrian refugees.

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein was sworn in as regent in the presence of Cabinet members.
