King arrives in Kuwait for Arab summit

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - King Abdullah II arrived here on Tuesday to lead Jordan's delegation to the 25th Arab Summit, which opened earlier today.

The King arrived in Kuwait from The Hague, where he addressed an international Nuclear Security Summit and also met with the Dutch Monarch and heads of delegations and officials attending the nuclear summit.

His Majesty was welcomed at the airport by Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Mohammed Al Khalid Al Sabah along with other senior Kuwaiti officials.

The Kingdom's official delegation to the summit includes the Prime Minister, Royal Court Chief, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Director of King's Office, Jordan's envoy to Kuwait and Jordan's permanent representative at the Arab League.
