Doghmi in an exclusive article to "Ammon" entitled "U.S. religion (interests) advocates in the Arab world" called on the Income Tax Department to intervene and monitor the income of the owners of those organizations, saying, "because they claim they are Jordanian non-profit institutions, while we see that paunches has swelled from this funding!". He continued " Audit Bureau must intervene considering that this money (foreign-fund) covered by the Audit Bureau law, and the Council of Ministers must know and approve of any foreign fund." Doghmi, the ex-house speaker, said that the ambassadors of foreign countries must be obligated to the diplomatic protocol. The state, through its security apparatus must monitor those "funded people", to take the necessary action and know whether their act constitutes a crime or violation of the national laws or not, he added.
