Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Islamists and opposition parties on Wednesday called for popular action against " Kerry's "framework" proposals.

The oppositions held a forum on Wednesday evening to discuss the impacts of Kerry proposed plan on both Jordan and Palestine.

In Wednesday meeting, Islamists, National figures, Youth popular movement, Professional Associations , and reformers called for a popular a sit-in next Saturday at Regency Hotel square in Amman, under the banner " popular Meeting for protection Jordan and Palestine".

The attendees called on all Jordanians and popular forces to participate in the protest against what they described it as "vague" plan regarding the crucial issues and the final solution.

Muslim Brotherhood (MB), issued a communiqué last week warning of an impending plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause, which, it said, threatens both Jordanians and Palestinians.

It said that the current regional situation will encourage the US and Israel to impose their conditions on the Palestinians and put pressure on Jordan.


Meanwhile, the Lower House of Parliament is scheduled to deliberate on "Kerry Plan" on Sunday during the parliament's ordinary session.


Kerry's plan to hold a peace agreement between Palestinians and Israelis is facing a lot of criticism and rejection in Jordan and Palestine.
