Ammon News - AMMONNEWS and Agencies- A senior official at the Ministry of Health in Egypt stated that 14 people were killed and 103 others injured in the early hours Tuesday morning due to a car bomb explosion near the building of the Security Directorate in the city of Mansoura Dakahlia / 126 km north of Cairo / .
