Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Majed Al Dabbas - Family of a Jordanian salafi fighter in Syria denied reports about the death of their son in Deraa, Family told Ammon News reporter on Saturday.

The family of Tariq Zararneh, joined Qaida-linked Jabhat al-Nusra months ago, told Ammon news that they talked to Tariq over phone on Saturday afternoon, and he is still alive and he is still fighting in Deraa South of Syria.

About 1000 of Jordanian hardliners are fighting along side with Al Nusra armed group against the regular forces, according to salafi leaders in Jordan.
