Ammon News - AMMAN (Petra)-Upon the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mashaal al Zaben issued orders to the Directorate of Medical Services and the concerned directorates at the Jordan Armed Forces General Headquarters to prepare a military field hospital that includes all medical specialties to be sent to the brethren in Egypt and take part in providing medical services to Egyptians and alleviate the burden of the Egyptian medical sector.

The first batch of staff to operate the Jordanian military field hospital "Egypt-1" has arrived in Cairo Thursday morning. The hospital will be officially inaugurated next week.
