Shipments of garlic, potatoes returned to Syria

Ammon News - AMMAN (Petra) — The Ministry of Agriculture on Saturday returned two shipments of garlic and potatoes to their country of origin, Syria, because they did not comply with local specifications.

The two shipments, which included 58 tonnes of garlic and 30 tonnes of potatoes, had a high percentage of rotten produce and were below Jordanian standards.
