Ammon News - Teeba Investment for Developed Food Processing Company Distributes Goodwill Packages in Collaboration with ‘Family Kitchen’ and ‘Hope for the Deaf and Mute Association’ Under its Almarai brand

AMMONNEWS - Under its Almarai brand, and as part of its Ramadan CSR campaigns and activities, Teeba Investment for Developed Food Processing Company is working with Family Kitchen to distribute goodwill packages and Almarai products to disadvantaged families across Jordan. Additionally, Teeba Investment’s employees distributed food packages to the beneficiaries of Hope for the Deaf and Mute Association on Thursday 11th July, 2013.

Commenting on these gestures, Eng. Khalid Mansour, Acting CEO of Teeba Investment, said, “This campaign is closely aligned with the spirit of Ramadan and emphasizes our efforts to promote equality and social cohesion and give back to the community, particularly to individuals with special needs. We are pleased to collaborate with Family Kitchen which shares Teeba Investment’s belief in the importance of charity and volunteer work. We hope that this modest gesture has brought joy into the lives of less fortunate families during the holy month.”

In turn, CEO and Founder of Family Kitchen, Mr. Bandar Al Sharif, stated, “We are delighted to have received Teeba Investment’s invaluable support in providing much-needed food supplies to disadvantaged individuals across the Kingdom, especially during Ramadan. I would like to commend Teeba Investment’s heightened sense of responsibility towards the local community and encourage other companies to follow in its example.”

The President of Hope for the Deaf and Mute Association, Mr. Emad Al Maghaireh, expressed gratitude towards Teeba Investment’s generous gesture. He went on to reaffirm the key role of NGOs and the private sector in supporting less fortunate segments of society.

Family Kitchen is a non-profit humanitarian organization that endeavors to bring food security to less fortunate segments of society. Beneficiaries are selected in collaboration with civil society organizations.

Established in 1995 as a non-profit organization, the Hope for the Deaf and Mute Association caters to the needs of the deaf and mute and involves them in various local and international activities for individuals with special needs.
