Bank al Etihad Launches Promotional Campaign on Housing Loans

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Bank al Etihad launched on 23rd June, 2013, a promotional campaign on its housing loans which will continue until 30th September, 2013. As part of the promotional campaign, Bank al Etihad is providing its clients with a number of competitive value-added benefits including a free voucher to purchase energy saving electronic appliances. Campaign beneficiaries will also automatically enter a draw to win energy saving home appliances from Hikmat Yassin & Sons Company, the official Samsung dealership in Jordan.

The housing loan campaign offers premium financing packages to Jordanian expatriates, professionals, business owners, and clients who have chosen to transfer their monthly salaries to Bank al Etihad. The unique financing packages reach up to JD 500,000; offer a loan tenure of up to 30 years and a funding rate that reaches up to 90% on purchasing real-estate and 100% on property construction. Campaign beneficiaries will also receive free life and property insurance, in addition to numerous other privileges that include buyout, refinancing and top-up facilities at competitive interest rates.

Clients also have the option of opening a savings account that is linked to their housing loan, and can reduce their loan tenure using the savings account’s interest.

The draw, scheduled to be held in October 2013, offers campaign beneficiaries the chance to win several energy saving home appliances including a 40” LED television set, 22ft refrigerator, home theater system, vacuum cleaner, microwave and Eco-bubble washing machine featuring a seven kilogram capacity.

Bank al Etihad launched this campaign as part of its ongoing efforts to deliver unique value-added banking products and services that make it easier for its clients to find financing for their property choices. It also corresponds with the Bank’s efforts to raise awareness about the importance of conserving the environment and natural resources.
